All Jata Soap House products are for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. 

 

Our products contain no chemical preservatives, so we recommend that our soaps are used within 1 year of manufacture, the date of which you can find on the label.

 

Although each batch of soap is made from a standard recipe, each bar is handmade and individually cut. Each bar will have a slightly different weight and colour to that displayed on the packaging and in our photos.

All of our products go though a strict and documented quality control process. If you experience any issues with your product or packaging, please do let us know.

 

Do not allow soap bars to sit in water. After using, place in a clean and dry area in order to prolong the life of your soap. Make sure there is air circulation around the soap bar so that it  dries properly. 

 

Some of our soaps contain natural colourants such as activated charcoal or turmeric, some of which may stain clothing if it comes in contact.
