All Jata Soap House products are for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. 

 

Our products contain no chemical preservatives, so we recommend that our products are used within the time frame mentioned on the product label.

 

Although each batch of our products are made from a standard recipe, each batch is handmade and individually cut/poured/filled. Each product will have a slightly different weight and colour to that displayed on the packaging and in our photos.  If you notice a significant difference in your product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

All of our products go though a strict and documented quality control process. If you experience any issues with your product or packaging, please do let us know.

 

Do not allow soap bars to sit in water. After using, place in a clean and dry area in order to prolong the life of your soap. Make sure there is air circulation around the soap bar so that it  dries properly. 

 

Some of our soaps contain natural colourants such as activated charcoal or turmeric, some of which may stain clothing if it comes in contact.

We are not medical or healthcare professionals and we do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our product listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.
